SiAl rotary target: U-Spring's  vacuum process, can meet the relative density ≥96%, oxygen content ≤1500ppm

Application: Used for making SiO2 film, Si3N4 film, mainly used for optical glass AR film system, LOW-E coated glass, semiconductor electronic electronics, TFT-LCD, flat display, touch screen glass

Size limit: length ≤4300mm, thickness ≤15mm, straight type, or dog bone type, could be customized
